· Prepare list of staff retiring during the year for Supervisor’s review
· Prepare appropriate retirement/separation letters
· Prepare final settlements
· Prepare staff turnover summary on quarterly basis.
· Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation, schedule/ exit interviews and record keeping
· Coordinate with units regarding the final list of selected employees.
· Prepare bond papers and complete other formalities for employees being nominated for long and short-term training programs as per company policy & record keeping.
· Get the bonds signed by the management and the employee.
· Issuance and record keeping of service & salary certificates
· Process addition, deletion and updation of records
· Process stop salaries report on bi-monthly basis and analyze reasons for more than 2 months long hold salaries.
· Address salary verification calls
· Ensure that all the employees have been registered with EOBI & SESSI and have received registration cards.
· Prepare monthly EOBI & SESSI contribution lists and ensure timely payments.
· Keep record of ex-employees who received EOBI pension and process.
· Manage EOBI pension cases of retiring employees.
· Ensure compliance of performance appraisal exercise as per policy and procedures.
· Keep annual performance record of all staff and ensure confidentiality and safety.
· Update the data of annual performance ratings in soft copy.
· Prepare list for award of annual increment and ensure overall increment within budget.
· Prepare increment letters.
