The ecommerce Account Manager - Amazon is responsible for developing and executing focused sales and marketing plans to meet strategic objectives within the online channel while aligning to both company and key account goals.

• Works directly with key customers to drive sales growth.
• Develops and maintains relationships with key customers.
• Develops and executes marketing plans.
• Staying abreast of current industry trends and opportunities, and training customers on Pacific Cycle products, programs, policies and procedures.
• Close collaboration with Sales and Marketing is required to develop and implement online initiatives and inform go-to-market strategies.
• Planning and driving the execution of a calendar of activities and initiatives to support channel growth as well as working to ensure future success for the organization and customers.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that enable short-term and long-term success.
• Track and communicate key metrics to the organization.
• Manages day to day account activities and support.
• Provide support and direction and for indirect .com strategies.
• Assist in building internal capabilities and processes.
• Responsible for account level P&L.
• Manages budget for assigned accounts.
• Coordinates with other Sales Lead within the organization.
