Job Description:

As the SVP, Unit Head Marketing for Finca Microfinance Bank you will be empowered and responsible for driving incremental high-quality customer growth for the Microfinance Bank through prospect acquisition, relationship deepening and customer engagement initiatives. We are seeking to expand our team with a talented, data-driven, innovative marketing leader, skilled at building and leading integrated campaigns to increase our client portfolio and improve our deepen relationships with existing customers.

You would work closely with business to develop marketing strategies and communication for the diverse product portfolio of Finca Microfinance Bank’s Branch Business. Your work will be impactful and bring financial inclusion to Pakistanis by implementing key strategic initiatives to achieve the overall Mission of the Finca Trust.

You will be required to show excellent leadership skills, extreme stakeholder management, and delicate interpersonal skills to rally people, solve problems while operationalizing strategic marketing objectives.

Deliverables & KPIs

  • Lead integrated marketing efforts in support of 1) Implementing ROI Driven Consumer Marketing 2) Acquiring high-value prospects; 3) Relationship deepening within existing deposit customers, and 4) Development of new opportunities for marketing-driven customer growth
  • Develop annual marketing, brand & digital plans for Finca Microfinance Bank’s Branch Business; for strategic market planning; market research programs; field force activities and control, monitoring of the marketing budget
  • Develop product marketing strategies, tactics, testing roadmap and driving high-quality customer relationships. Work with data and analytical tools to identify ways to make Finca Microfinance Bank more customer-centric.
  • Achieve annual, quarterly and monthly performance targets; updating performance forecasts as required
  • Innovate and accelerate digital mobile channels and continually improve on a prior performance
  • Champion consistent and seamless user experiences across all channels as a customer advocate
  • Partner extensively with Marketing Analytics team: Collaborate in the development of  targeting models and optimization of list management, Identify and implement tests to improve campaign performance
  • Work with indirect functional teams (Product Managers, Analytics, Operations, etc.) in support of customer growth – staying focused on driving additional scale, profitability while minimizing operational complexity.
  • Implement direct response initiatives within competitive landscape and provide regular updates for Leadership
  • Conducting pre & post launch analysis of various Campaigns  and implementation of Brand Positioning
  • Research, analyze, and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on and the effects of competitive activity may be minimized.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of key trends and areas of innovation which influence the way we interact and engage with our external customers, internal stakeholders and audiences
  • Synergize learnings from various sources of information like business intelligence reports, brand health trackers etc to develop and implement brand strategy
  • Manage and supervision of agencies and vendor (creative, media, digital, activation and trade)

Additional requirements:

  • 5+ years of core client-side marketing experience, preferably with expertise in Branch, Digital and Affluent marketing
  • Financial services, Telco, E-commerce, industry experience a plus
  • Develops strong partnerships; leads through collaboration; recognized as a team player
  • Proven ability to take initiative, influence others and achieve results
  • Skilled and comfortable with working in two highly matrixed collaborative organization
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills
  • Experienced manager of marketing budgets, forecasts, and expected returns
  • Excels at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines
  • Comfortable with continuously changing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
