| Job Description: |
- Insubordination of Manager HR, the Senior HR Officer will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations.
- Acts as a resource to management personnel in the areas of job design and organizational structures.
- Recruiting staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates
- Managing end to end payroll, records and relevant documentation
- Maintaining And updating all employee records.
- Partner with management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures and programs.
- Provide payroll processing backup support as and when required. Partner with finance to maintain the payroll database.
- Prepare and analyze reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of HR.
- Participate in the conduct of investigations when employee complaints or concerns arise.
- Performance Appraisal and review.
- Processing of Employee Loans and Salary Advances applications.
- Processing the final settlement of employees.
