• External Networking (within & outside of Lahore)
• Prepare & Give PowerPoint presentations at various schools and colleges
• Update database of partner schools/ colleges on biannual basis
• Maintain alliances with institutions to tap quality students
• Logistical arrangements related to NOP programme
• NOP Marketing and Brand Building
• Designing & Printing of NOP Promotional Material
• Regularly update the NOP Website
• Liaison with the Communication Department for NOP stories and write ups
• Custodian of the NOP information. Maintain accurate records and compose reports as needed as per university guidelines
• Provide logistical support in the design, management, organization and implementation of NOP & Fundraising Events
• Cater to external school/ college/ donor visits
• Plan, Organize and Execute Awareness sessions across the country
• Assist in Market Analysis & Research
• Assist with various special projects as requested to ensure the department operates effectively and meets business and membership requirements.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.\

Work Schedule

• Mostly business hours. However, business hours can occasionally extend into the evenings and weekends depending on workload.
• Flexibility & commitment is a must.

Skills: 

• Good command of written and spoken English
• Excellent Presentation skills
