Job Description: |
- Responsible for overall security and safety of the property/premises, employees, members/guests.
- Maintaining close liaison with Local Administration and Police officials.
- Beefing up security arrangements with the help of police / security agencies on special occasions and develop safety and security plans to safeguard special functions held in the organization, vehicles in the parking areas, visits of heads of states, presidents, foreign delegates, VIPs and other members/guests.
- Planning and implementing measures for prevention of terrorist / sabotage threats, theft, pilferage and member / guest property. Investigation of theft/pilferage cases and reporting the findings to the Management.
- Ensuring timely and instant availability of security cover for all situations and emergencies
- Reaching the scene of troubled spot and carrying out the factual assessment of situation quickly and solving it.
- Taking all possible measures for prevention of panic and chaos.
- Enforces fire prevention regulations and takes action to secure abatement of fire hazards.
- Doing intelligence work by getting all the information regarding expected breach of security, other activities in the organization
- Responsible for managing the prevention of unauthorized entry of persons in the organization, prevention of preaching of any political ideology, religious or sectarian faith and belief.
- Responsible for enforcement and maintenance of general discipline and peaceful atmosphere in the Organization.
- Responsible for reporting, logging and preparation of incident reports as and when it occurs.
- Responsible for conducting in house inquiries and training of security staff.
- Performs other related duties/tasks as assigned by the management.
