• Holder of Valid SARI/EASA Basic AME B1/B2 License without limitations or 1 Basic PCAA recognized PC with NIL limitation or 2 type PCAA recognized PCs with limitations
• In depth understanding of training procedures and relevant legal standards laid down in ANO / EASA 147 / Part 66 Regulations
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations VR and AR based learning etc.)
• Must have good interpersonal skills to manage a team of training professionals

Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively

• Outstanding communication, excellent organizational and leadership skills

IMPORTANT INFORMATION / APPLICATION GUIDELINES

• All qualifications should only be from well reputed universities / institutions as recognized by the HEC / PEC where applicable
• The appointment on the positions will be offered on contract basis under IST Faculty Pay Scale (FPS) Contract in the relevant FPS OR as a Consultant at a fixed lump sum monthly remuneration / pay package in accordance with the academic qualification, relevant experience, expertise and exposure of the candidates
• The positions are Islamabad based only. Test / Interview for all the positions will be conducted at IST, Islamabad only
• The applications with academic qualifications / degrees and experience in the relevant field will be considered only
• The maximum age limit for the positions is 55 years. The age will be calculated on the closing date of applications
• Only shortlisted candidates as per merit would be called for written test / interview
• Compliance to eligibility criteria for any position does not guarantee short listing for written test / interview
