A FMCG sales and marketing company is looking for a candidate for the position of sales operations Manager. The candidate should be hard working and have previously worked in a similar role and have an understanding of the FMCG sales market. Candidates that show the potential to work independently will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily coordination with sales team
• Monitoring Daily Sales & attendance
• Liaison with sales team for ensuring sales targets are met along with payment recoveries
• Liaison with supply chain to ensure stock is dispatched on timely basis to distributors
• Liaison with accounts department for distributor payments and agreements
• Making sales forecasts based on historical sales
• Ensuring sales targets are being met and advising sales team to increase their sales.
• Reporting to COO with sales reports and suggestions.
• Monitoring market credit to ensure it does not exceed set limits.
• Working as the link between sales team and company.
• Developing SOPs and policies for sales.
