Job Description
- We need resources to provide consumer/client support through voice activity.
- The language skill that we are seeking at this point is French & English. However Spanish can come as an advantage.
- Provide CS to all our consumers in French.
- Follow defined SOP's to contribute towards floor performance.
- Share shift summaries and reports with respective Supervisors/AM/Managers
Skills:
- Must have good written & verbal communication skills in French.
- Relevant experience preferably with a background from call center.
- Soft, polite and good understanding of customer services.
- Familiar with basic computer operations.
- Flexible and open personality. English spoken & written skills a must.
- Spark to learn and make a career in the relevant field.
