Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily farm operations and bird management Supervise and manage farm labor and support staff Ensure implementation of rearing and production protocols Monitor feed, water, and bird health performance Report regularly to Farm Manager and ensure compliance with SOPs
Requirements:
Minimum education: Matriculation or above Previous experience in poultry farms (especially layer or rearing) preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Willingness to relocate/work in rural farm settings |
