| Job Description: |
- Ensure that academic departments are aligned with HEC quality standards and university policies.
- Coordinate internal quality assurance activities and provide follow-up on action plans.
- Maintain documentation and track progress of Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs).
- Support in Program Reviews, Course Files Reviews, and Academic Audit processes.
- Ensure timely data collection and documentation required for institutional accreditation.
- Manage and update QEC databases and document repositories.
- Coordinate faculty, student, alumni, and employer feedback surveys across departments.
- Ensure data integrity, timely collection, and analysis of survey responses.
- Prepare reports and summaries to assist in decision-making and performance reviews.
- Support the planning and execution of QEC workshops, trainings, and awareness sessions.
- Assist in promoting a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and academic excellence.
- Provide orientation to faculty and staff regarding QEC policies and tools.
