Key Responsibilities:

Internal Product & Media Design

• Understand and lead end-to-end design processes from discovery to delivery.
• Design user interfaces that are functional, visually engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Translate user insights and client briefs into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
• Help build and maintain scalable design systems.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to improve digital product experiences.

Client-Focused Design Tasks

• Handle international and local project-based clients, ensuring clear communication, timely design delivery, and alignment with client expectations.
• Enhance user interfaces based on pre-approved Figma designs, focusing on visual hierarchy, layout, spacing, and responsiveness across devices.
• Create posts for the company's social media platforms to communicate key messages visually.
• Assist in creating and maintaining content calendars, incorporating pre-planned posts for holidays and relevant events.
• Any other responsibility as and when needed for project fulfillment.

Skills and Tools

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Ability to balance creativity with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Bonus: Experience with front-end development (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Knowledge of UX research methodologies.
• Eager to learn new design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.
