Job Description: |
We are looking for experienced Sales Professionals having Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field with 6 to 8 years of sales experience in FMCG/HoReCa, including at least 03 years in a managerial sales role.
This position is responsible to:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with national goals to achieve consistent sales growth in the assigned region.
- Proficient in sales strategy development, channel expansion, & key account management with a deep understanding of HoReCa market, customer segmentation, and business trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Operation, Supply Chain, etc.) to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination
- Skilled in leading high-performing sales teams through coaching, performance management, and fostering a culture of innovation, creativity and continuous improvement.
- Experienced in market analysis, sales forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive execution excellence and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Must have strong communication and selling skills, negotiation and problem-solving skill.
