Job Description: |
Key Responsibilities:

Data Input and Management:
- Accurately enter various types of HR-related data into the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) or other designated databases. This includes employee personal details, payroll information, attendance records, leave applications, training records, performance review data, recruitment data, and other sensitive employee information.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency by performing regular checks and validations.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness, correcting any discrepancies or errors promptly.

Record Maintenance:
- Maintain and update employee records both in digital systems and physical files (if applicable).
- Ensure all employee documents are correctly filed, organized, and easily retrievable.
- Assist in archiving inactive employee records according to retention policies.

Report Generation (Basic):
- Generate basic reports from the HRIS as requested (e.g., employee lists, attendance summaries, leave balances).
- Assist HR team members in compiling data for various HR reports.

Confidentiality and Security:
- Handle all employee information and HR data with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Adhere strictly to data protection policies and ensure the security of sensitive information.

Administrative Support:
- Assist the HR team with general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning documents, sorting mail, and preparing basic correspondence.
- Support HR processes by ensuring all necessary forms and documents are correctly completed and filed.
- Communicate effectively with HR colleagues and other departments regarding data-related queries.
