Job Description:

As Community Insight Manager, you will make user life better by transforming their needs in business solutions by community management and user insight, which will generate preference and gains for the company.

You will be able to become the voice of the users by gathering key insights and tracking our products' performance across the markets in order to help key stakeholders to take better decisions and guide business strategies.

You should be able to build, maintain and grow community. And transform complex concepts and data from diverse sources into clear and accessible communication, combining both quantitative and qualitative research in data analysis, also integrating this information with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Community Building & Management:

  • Build, grow, and manage user communities (e.g., WhatsApp groups, forums, social media groups) for target users.

  • Engage with community members to foster trust, gather feedback, and encourage participation.

  • Develop strategies to increase community engagement and retention.

  • Monitor community conversations to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities.

2. User & Market Research:

  • Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies (e.g., surveys, focus groups, interviews) to gather user insights.

  • Analyze user behavior, preferences, and feedback to identify patterns and trends.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, design) to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.

3. Insight Generation & Reporting:

  • Synthesize research findings into clear, concise, and actionable reports.

  • Present insights to stakeholders in a compelling and data-driven manner.

  • Develop dashboards and tools to track key community and user metrics.

4. Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with the Insight Lead and other teams to align community insights with business goals.

  • Act as the voice of the user, ensuring their needs are represented in product development and marketing strategies.

  • Build strong relationships with community members and internal stakeholders.
