Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic, performance-driven Chief of Operations (COO) with deep expertise in call center operations, B2B/B2C sales, and training. This is a leadership role tailored for professionals who can strategize, optimize, and scale operations across our digital marketing services and website development sales pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Operations & Process Optimization

  • Design and implement operational strategies to boost efficiency and reduce cost.

  • Streamline call center processes to enhance agent productivity and customer satisfaction.

Sales Training & Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and train B2B/B2C sales teams to consistently exceed targets in digital marketing and web development services.

  • Create performance-driven training modules aligned with US/Canadian sales strategies.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and manage long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring their expectations are not just met but exceeded.

  • Regularly interact with international clients and agencies to align project goals.

Revenue & Business Growth

  • Work alongside sales teams to expand the client base and close high-value deals.

  • Implement revenue generation strategies, contributing to sustained growth.

Technology & Compliance Oversight

  • Ensure smooth call center operations through modern CRM and telephony solutions.

  • Oversee risk mitigation and regulatory compliance protocols.

Entrepreneurship & Business Development Initiatives

  • Support in launching new training or operational models for internal and client-side teams.

  • Spearhead initiatives that empower entrepreneurs and small businesses through BPO support.

Ideal Background:

  • Proven experience as a COO or Senior Operations Manager in a BPO/digital marketing/website development/education trainign services call center environment.

  • Demonstrated success in leading and training high-performing B2B/B2C sales teams.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
